APPEARANCE RELEASE FORM
By submitting photos, write-ups and/or videos to utwnow.org, you grant Landfall Entertainment LLC/Change The World T-Shirts dba (“Organizers”) the right to use the recording(s), image(s), and/or text(s) submitted by you (“Material”) for the purpose to promote Unfuck The World Day (“Production”).
1) You own all the Material and you have the right to upload the Material to the Organizers website.
2) Organizers take no responsibility for the Material uploaded and claim no rights to the Material and should the Organizers be contacted by a third party claiming ownership to the Material and demanding the Material to be taken down because its use was unauthorized by said third party, Organizers will remove the Material immediately and will provide your contact information to the requesting party.
3) Organizers may edit the Material in any way they see fit.
4) Organizers may use any of the Material in any marketing and/or publicity campaigns, or in any other method that is associated with the Production, but they are not in any way required to use any of it if it does not work for their purposes.
5) You understand that you will not be compensated in any way for the use of the Material.
